Location and Facilities

As of 1 February 2000, the Wanaka Tennis Club holds a 19 year lease on land designated "Recreational Reserve" between   Warren and Upton Streets.  An annual rental is paid to the Queenstown Lakes District Council.

We now have a total of 7 tennis courts:

	4 Astrograss (synthetic grass court surface)
	3 Synpave (hard court surface: white soled tennis shoes only on these courts)

In addition we have a freestanding fence-enclosed volley wall (double sided) which is available for unrestricted public use.

We also have a ball machine that is available for hire use at the club.

Our spacious pavilion fronts courts 1 and 2.  Change room, showers and kitchen facilities are situated inside the pavilion.

We have outdoor furniture and a barbecue available for our many events throughout the year.

Racquets and balls are available for sale (we are a licensed agent for Penn and Head).  Racquets are also available for hire.

Entry to the car park is from Upton Street
