Every Monday and Friday Morning  9am - noon

Held on Mondays and Fridays at 9am (Oct-April) and 10am (May to September). Everyone is welcome; balls and a cup of tea are provided. Members $2, non-members $6.  Just come along.


Every Tuesday Evening Men's Doubles (casual competition) Tennis  6.00pm (during summer season Oct - April only)

Held throughout the season (Oct-April).  An informal gathering of senior members plays doubles on a Tuesday evening from 6.00pm.  Drinks available.


Every Wednesday Evening Mixed Doubles Team Competition  6.00pm - 8.00pm (during summer season Oct - April only)

Social Tennis Competition

Two rounds over summer - teams of 4 (2 male/2 female) must be pre-entered.  Four matches of doubles each night followed by social hour and barbecue.  A & B Grade.  Good fun tennis and social time.

Every Friday Evening Junior Tennis  Fun Games 3:30pm and Match Play 5pm (during summer season Oct - April only)

Regular Fixtures and Visiting Teams

At Wanaka Tennis Inc. we welcome visiting players and teams from other clubs all year round.

We are active in hosting tennis days and weekends throughout the year. Some of the larger events this season have included the North Otago T.C. (Omarru), Cashmere T.C. (Christchurch), Southland Vets (Waihopai T.C.), Central Otago Vets, Elmwood T.C. (Christchurch), Kaiapoi T.C. (North Canterbury), Queenstown T.C. and a group of Japanese Veterans players.
