Club Play Children of all ages are welcome at the club on Fridays (during school terms 1 and 4) between the hours of 3.30pm. and 5pm for some fun coaching, games and to learn some of the basics of court rules and etiquette. The club has a ball machine for general use and a small net for the young ones. A free BBQ is normally run starting at 5pm and we advise children to bring a drink. There is no charge for to participate. The club is very keen to grow the number of children within its its membership and to foster a place where children can interact on a physical and social basis. |

Friday afternoons at 5pm. children who are able to play matches are encouraged to participate in ladder challenge matches. Several weekend tennis competitions will be held throughout the summer at the club.

| Grants for Promising Juniors |
Any Junior Member of Wanaka Tennis Inc. who gains entry and plays in a New Zealand Tennis (NZT) National Tennis Championship will qualify for a grant (the amount of which to be determined at the time), to support his or her development.
