Playing conditions during Level 2 Lockdown
Following Tennis NZ guidelines tennis is still only available for members. The clubrooms will be closed (but toilets can be accessed). Access to the courts is through the gate by pin-pad. Play is available for any group of players. Social tennis is being trialed on Saturday at 1pm and Thursday at 3pm and Monday and Friday mornings from 10am. You need to register with the president for Saturday tennis by 6pm Friday. Social tennis is being organised in groups of up to 10 people. There are no morning and afternoon teas and no ball fees at this stage. You need to use gloves to use pin-pad and then use hand sanitiser, before signing the contact tracing form.
Apart from your group you should stay two metres away from other players and follow all other COVID-19 stay safe guidelines.
Enjoy your tennis !!

Regards,
Jeanette Hatten.
